Chloè Mortaud knows all about looking your best and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Born and raised in a small village in the South of France to a French father and an African American mother, Chloè surprised a lot of people when she broke down cultural barriers and became the first bi-racial woman to earn the title Miss France. She represented her country in the 2009 Miss Universe pageant, where she finished in sixth place and in the Miss World pageant that same year, where she came in third.

The former beauty queen and her son eventually settled in Las Vegas.
