Las Vegas is an exciting, wonderful, fast-paced city that always has lots going on to keep you on the move. But sometimes, you just need to slow it all down and take time to regenerate. That’s why it’s important to note that our highly active metropolis offers a plethora of top-rated, award-winning luxury spas.
Forbes Travel Guide recently revealed that 12 Las Vegas luxury spas — where rejuvenation and revitalization, and making you look and feel your very best are top priority — have earned four- and five-star ratings on its coveted annual “Star Awards Winners” list for 2018.
Topping the list at five stars each on the prestigious rankings are five Las Vegas luxury spas, all located along the Strip: Espa at Vdara; The Spa at Encore; Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas; The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas; and The Spa at Wynn.
The seven Las Vegas’ luxury spas receiving four stars, which include three off-Strip facilities, are: Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian | The Palazzo; Sahra Spa & Hammam at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; The Spa at Red Rock by Well & Being (off-Strip); The Spa at Aria; Spa Bellagio; Spa Mio at the M Resort (off-Strip); and The Spa at Trump Las Vegas (off-Strip).
The 25,000-square-foot Spa at Red Rock by Well & Being, located about 20 minutes from the Strip in Summerlin, is the only Las Vegas newcomer to FTG’s esteemed list of elite luxury spas.
It provides a tranquil, relaxing spa and wellness setting in which you can experience an array of revitalizing, empowering services that’ll have you feeling and looking your best.
From massages, to specialty facial and body treatments, to acupuncture, accupressure and cupping, The Spa at Red Rock focuses on five areas of wellness.
Developed by Dr. Tieraona Low Dog, the founding director of Medicine Lodge Ranch, an herbal and natural medicine school, these pillars are spa and beauty, fitness, nutrition, healing therapies and sleep.
Now in its 60th year, Forbes Travel Guide is the “only independent, global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants and spas.”
Award winners are determined annually by trained inspectors who anonymously visit every property they rate and evaluate each based on up to 900 objective criteria. Inspections of both the facility and its services are taken into account in the rating process.
