For one night only, a collective of world-renowned chefs from two- and three-Michelin-starred restaurants around the globe will team up to present a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.

Taking place on Dec. 17 at City of Dreams, Macau, the 12th anniversary Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau gala dinner, hosted by MELCO Resorts & Entertainment, will pay homage to sustainability.

In addition to MELCO’s’ own celebrated chefs, Kelvin Au Yeung of three-Michelin-starred Jade DragonFabrice Vulin of two-Michelin-starred The Tasting Room and Alain Ducasse of two-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, the event will feature visiting culinary masters Kunio Tokuoka (Kitcho Arashiyama Honten, Kyoto, Japan; three Michelin stars), Alex Atala (D.O.M., São Paulo, Brazil; two Michelin stars) and also Lau Yiu Fai (Yan Toh HeenHong Kong; two Michelin stars). The evening will conclude with sensational French creations by celebrated pâtissier Pierre Hermé (Pierre Hermé Lounge, City of Dreams, Macau).

 

Accompanying the impeccable menu is a selection of distinguished Robert Parker-rated wines and Champagne.

The evening’s entertainment will include a dramatic performance by DRUM TAO, an award-winning Japanese drum and dance ensemble that fuses traditional Japanese drum with Korean, Maori and Indonesian influences. This will be followed by a special musical performance by regional pop singer Ms. Kit Chan.
